The oils in this blend work together to reduce muscle spasms, inflammation of joints, muscles, and tendons, neuralgia (nerve pain) and muscle pain while at the same time promoting tissue repair and vasodilation, which increases blood flow and oxygenation to the injured tissues.
Massage into painful muscles, apply to injured or painful joints, apply to the bottoms of your feet to generally relax muscle tension throughout your system, or apply directly to your abdomen in the case of abdominal cramping or pain. Peppermint and ginger are especially helpful for digestive discomfort and work as antispasmodics.
