This blend is designed to target musculoskeletal pain with an inflammatory origin. Frankincense is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory oils. Lemongrass is also anti-inflammatory and an analgesic (pain reliever). It can also help with lymphatic drainage, tissue repair, and act as a sedative to the central nervous system. Marjoram also has historically been used to relieve nerve pain, arthritis, muscle spasms, inflammation of joints and other tissues, neuralgia, fluid retention, and calm the nervous system while at the same time promoting tissue repair and vasodilation, which increases blood flow and oxygenated to injured tissues.
Massage into painful or cramping muscles, apply to injured or painful joints, apply to the bottoms of your feet to generally reduce inflammation throughout your system.

Remember, coconut oil will melt at 76 degrees, store in a cool place for best results.
